We specialise in the design of inner-urban, single houses and multi-residential projects including; new buildings, renovations, fit-outs, sub-divisions and property development. We also have experience in country houses and landscaping.

Padarc can offer a thorough and professional scope of architectural services, tailored to each individual client's requirements. Our full service includes our involvement from project initiation through to completion. We are also able to provide partial services or additional services traditionally considered beyond the scope of a typical architectural project.


Padarc is a registered Domestic Builder (Padarc Pty Ltd; CDB-U 52469) and a member of the Master Builders association of Victoria. In addition to our extensive architecture, development and management services we can also offer our clients a Design & Construct service.
